Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://asphaltcontractorsavannah.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Asphalt Paving, Concrete Sidewalks, Driveway Paving, Foundation Slabs, Site Preparation, Decorative Concrete provided by Wholehearted Build Co. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Wholehearted Build Co (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. Wholehearted Build Co makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Wholehearted Build Co's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Wholehearted Build Co from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under GA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in GA for any related dispute.
Updates. Wholehearted Build Co reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
